Notes from the bench
What the app checks, what it does not, and build logs. Every post ends with what we did not test.
What Benchmate checks before it hands you a circuit
Benchmate is the AI assistant in Ohmeris. You type a request, such as "two-stage RC low-pass at 1 kHz" or "NAND and NOR from a 74HC00 and 74HC02 with A and B on a header", and it drafts a schematic.
What Benchmate does not check (yet)
The last post listed what Benchmate, the AI assistant in Ohmeris, checks before it gives you a circuit.
Build log: a DDS sine synth, from PWM to a clean sine on a 4-channel scope
This is one of three demo circuits we built to show the Ohmeris bench with a real microcontroller program in the loop.
Build log: a TFT sensor panel, and reading its SPI bus on the logic analyser
This is the second of our bench demo circuits. An ATmega328P reads an analog sensor and draws the reading on a 240×320 ILI9341 colour TFT over SPI.
