Website terms of use

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Ohmeris website at ohmeris.com, which is run by Taproot Systems, Inc. (“we”), P.O. Box 1302, Ridgefield, WA 98642, United States. By using the website you agree to them. The Ohmeris app is not open yet; it will have its own terms of service, covering accounts, plans and payments.

Using the website

  • You may read, link to and share pages from the website for any lawful purpose.
  • Please do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the website, and do not sign up other people for the waitlist without their permission.

Information on the website

We try to keep the website accurate and to say where a feature is limited or not yet available. Plans, prices and features described here can change before and after the app opens, and joining the waitlist does not reserve a price or guarantee access. Comparisons with other tools use dated public sources and may go out of date. Simulation results, sample projects and blog build logs come from software simulation; they are not measurements of real hardware.

No warranty

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Do not rely on anything on the website as engineering, safety or professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to US $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Intellectual property

The website's text, images and videos, and the Ohmeris name and logo, belong to Taproot Systems, Inc. or its licensors. You may quote short passages with a link back; please ask us before reusing anything else. Other product names on the website belong to their owners and are used only to identify those products.

Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, for example the public sources behind our comparisons. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Privacy

How we handle your data, including waitlist emails, is described in the privacy notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and disputes will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Washington, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@ohmeris.com.
